Grab a pair of gloves, follow our coaches step by step and hit the heavy bag for a high-energy, high-intensity total body workout that will show you why fighters are some of the most fit people on earth. While intense, the sessions are built for you to learn and work at your pace. Our instructors are proficient in kickboxing and fitness training so we look for ways to improve your current level no matter where your starting point may be.

Real world self-defense is a specific skill set that is much different than fitness and even kickboxing sport. You can look in the mirror and realize you need to shed a few pounds but you never really think about defending yourself in a scary situation until it’s too late. We get right to the point of reality based self defense training so you can be your own weapon. Join a Saturday camp or Personal Immersion training to acquire a skills set that goes with you wherever you go. It’s an insurance policy on your safety.

Best Gym (Quite literally) since they got awarded the Best of the Best Gyms!! I’ve been going here since February of 2019 and stopped once the pandemic started. I started back up around March of 2021. My experience here is great, The staff are super friendly and motivating, The workouts burn you a ton! Today I burned 865 calories in the span of an hour. I totally recommend buying a Myzone they’re only $50 and it allows you to track your progress!
