Want to not only pass the PFT (Physical Fitness Test) for your military branch or first responder training but stand out from day one?
We can help! During orientation, we will evaluate each candidates current fitness level and take steps to improve areas of weakness so that each individual will pass the fitness test. We boast a 100% PASS rate for those who complete the course.
With this program, we will help you understand what the testing will be like and train to prepare for service with the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines or as a First Responder

Intensity & Pride
The training starts with basic and ramps up the intensity using typical strength and conditioning from PFT’s but also including combat conditioning like kickboxing and hand to hand defense. This is not sparring but technique driven conditioning using heavy bags, targets and shields. It is all completely safe for all levels.

Program Includes:
- Specific Lifts and Military movement
- Nutrition Guidance/Challenges
- 2x-5x session each week
- MRE (Meal Ready to Eat) and Final Testing Graduation
- Class times: 8am, 9am, 12pm, 545pm, 645pm
