Kickboxing and Personal Trainer certified, Matt has built most of the MA Fitness programming from the ground up and coached many boxing trainers since 2013. Years of sports conditioning with high school and collegiate teams, paired with training under the direction of World Champion Kickboxer Jim Graden and Joe Lewis, Matt has honed several training techniques that make MA Fitness stand apart. Matt also teaches reality self defense tactics and is a certified MMA Strength and Conditioning specialist through NASM.

After becoming an MA Fitness kickboxing trainer and coach in 2013 Marissa fell in love with training and helping people succeed. She left her full time career to pour all of her effort into making MA Fitness succeed and build her fitness credentials. Over the years Marissa has helped hundreds of people lose weight and gain strength through smart & challenging workouts and solid nutrition coaching.
