Strength training is an integral part of our training philosophy. Our mission is to make you pound for pound STRONG. This means that we train to make you lean and mean. We’re not powerlifting or performing barbell crossfit movements but you’ll see a unique blend of bodybuilding and functional movements that are all led by a trainer.
Work with us as we develop lean, athletic muscle in our expertly programmed strength training classes. Each session is led by a certified instructor and designed to build lean muscle mass in the right areas.

Our coaches and trainers will take you through a workout with your body weight, medicine balls, free weights and dumbbells to build muscle. This will make you strong and lean in all the right places. Ladies! Don’t fear this class. It’s still a common misconception you need more cardio than strength or you’ll get bulky doing resistance training. With the way we do strength class, your body will react and form a stronger, tighter more athletic looking body as we strive to be lb for lb strong like an MMA athlete.
Age or gender should never be a deterrent. It’s never too late to start- studies show that proper strength improvements are possible at any age. Burning fat and exposing your muscle should always be in the mix and our classes do both.
