Kickboxing and Personal Trainer certified, Matt has built most of the MA Fitness programming from the ground up. After training under the direction of Joe Lewis and World Champion Kickboxer Jim Graden, Matt also became COBRA Defense certified and also holds the title of MMA Strength and Conditioning specialist through NASM.
After becoming an MA Fitness coach in 2013 Marissa fell in love with training and helping people succeed. She left her full time career to pour all of her effort into making MA Fitness succeed and build her fitness credentials. Over the years Marissa has helped hundreds of people lose weight and gain strength through smart & challenging workouts and solid nutrition coaching.
